1. About PIBG Consulting
PIBG Consulting is a South African professional services and business advisory firm providing accounting, tax, payroll, financial management, corporate finance, business advisory, governance, HR and compliance support, strategic business advisory, business planning and funding-related advisory services.
2. Website Use Does Not Create a Client Engagement
Accessing the Website, submitting an enquiry, communicating through a website form, requesting information or downloading a resource does not by itself establish a client, professional, fiduciary, advisory or tax-practitioner engagement with PIBG. A professional relationship arises only when PIBG formally accepts an engagement and the applicable quotation, proposal, engagement letter, service agreement or other terms have been accepted where required.

Any pricing published on the Website is indicative unless expressly identified as a binding quotation. Fees may change and a formal quotation may contain validity periods, assumptions, exclusions, taxes and other conditions.
7. Accuracy and Availability

PIBG does not guarantee any particular financial, tax, funding, commercial or business outcome from reliance on Website information.
8. Funding and Finance-Related Information

14. Availability and Changes

15. Limitation of Liability
